Night Crew Member to Moxy Bergen

Are you the kind of person who can handle a little bit of everything and keep a smile on your face when the rest of the world is asleep? Then you might be our next Night Crew Member at Moxy Bergen.

Moxy is a fun, vibrant and stylish hotel with a social atmosphere and a relaxed approach to hospitality. Here, we have spiced up the traditional hotel job. We don’t have separate receptionists and bartenders – we have a Crew. And because our Crew is small but mighty, everyone plays an important part in making the guest experience great.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the night team, you will help keep the hotel running smoothly while our guests sleep. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the reception and bar throughout the night
• Handling reception tasks such as check-in/check-out, reservations and night audit
• Serving drinks and looking after the bar, including closing, cleaning and cash handling
• Taking responsibility for the safety and security of our guests during the night, including fire safety
• Help preparing the breakfast area and welcoming early-rising guests with fresh bakery in the morning
• Taking care of various ad hoc tasks that arise during the night

Our night shifts are typically from 11 PM to 7 AM, 3-7 nights per week depending on your preferred schedule.

WHO ARE YOU?

At Moxy, we value people who are fun, thoughtful and spirited. We are looking for someone who brings positive energy to the team, genuinely cares about guests and colleagues, and is not afraid to get stuck in. Previous experience from hotels, bars or food service is definitely a plus, but personality matters just as much. You are proactive, friendly and comfortable working independently. You have a good sense of humour, an eye for detail and, most importantly, you enjoy talking to people and creating great guest experiences.

You’re a natural team player but just as comfortable working independently at night.
