Are you ready to be part of something from the very beginning? In February 2027, we will open the doors to a brand-new Moxy hotel in Aarhus, and we are now looking for the stars who, together with the management team, will help shape the hotel’s energy, culture and guest experiences from day one.

Moxy is not a traditional hotel. We combine design, energy, technology and personal service in a relaxed atmosphere where guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The hotel is operated by Core Hospitality and is part of Marriott International, the world’s largest hotel company.

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-minded colleagues for the following roles:

• Front Office Leader
• Bar Leader
• Breakfast Leader
• Housekeeping Leader
• Front Desk Crew (day and night shifts)
• Bar Crew
• Breakfast Crew
• Housekeeping Crew

What all roles have in common

Regardless of which role you apply for, you will be an important part of the Crew bringing our new hotel to life. We are looking for colleagues who want to make a difference, bring positive energy and help create a workplace where both guests and colleagues feel welcome.

At Moxy, great service is not about stiff formalities. It is about being present, approachable and creating memorable experiences in a personal and relaxed way. We support each other across departments, take responsibility and find solutions when things do not go quite as planned. We believe the best results come from making the most of each other’s strengths and working together as a team.

You do not necessarily need previous hotel experience. What matters most is that you greet people with a smile, are eager to learn and contribute positively to the team. At the same time, we expect you to be ready to roll up your sleeves, remain flexible in a role with varied tasks and be excited about building something new together with the rest of the team.

Who are you?

What matters most to us is not necessarily where you come from, but what you bring to the table.

We imagine that you:

• Have a positive, service-minded approach to guests and colleagues.
• Thrive in an environment where no two days are quite the same.
• Take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to the team.
• Are enthusiastic, curious and ready to be part of the journey from day one.
• Enjoy creating great experiences and finding solutions, even when things get busy.

Experience in the hotel, service or restaurant industry is an advantage for several of the roles. For leadership positions, we naturally expect relevant experience and a willingness to take responsibility for both daily operations and the well-being of your colleagues. Across all roles, we place great value on personality, motivation and potential.

What we offer

• The opportunity to help open a brand-new hotel.
• A modern and dynamic working environment full of energy.
• Good working conditions and dedicated colleagues.
• Great opportunities for professional and personal development.
• A strong sense of community, with a focus on teamwork and well-being.
• A workplace where personality, initiative and great ideas are valued.

The recruitment process

The recruitment process is tailored to each role and may therefore vary depending on the position. For some positions, personality assessments or job-related tests may also be part of the process.

How to apply

Depending on the position, your expected start date will be 1 January, 15 January or 1 February 2027, allowing us to prepare together for the hotel’s opening in mid-February 2027.

Submit your application and CV via the link below.

Please clearly state which position you are applying for. You must submit a separate application for each role, and only one role may be applied for per application.

Application deadline: 15 November 2026

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully welcoming you to our new Crew!
