Four Points Flex by Sheraton Aarhus Skejby is a modern yet cozy hotel, perfectly located in the vibrant Skejby district in northern Aarhus. The hotel, built in 2019 and DGNB Gold-certified for its sustainability, blends elegant Scandinavian design with genuine warmth and hospitality.
To ensure the hotel remains spotless and inviting for our guests, we are looking for a skilled and energetic Housekeeping Manager with a positive personality and a proactive mindset.

As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that both guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Core Hospitality’s high standards for cleanliness and presentation. You help create a warm and welcoming experience for guests, while fostering a motivating and appreciative work environment for your team. You are dedicated, independent, approachable, and flexible with a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead by example.

This is a full-time leadership position, with working hours distributed across all seven days of the week. You will actively take part in the daily housekeeping duties and work closely with your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high service levels and continuous quality control of products
• Create and maintain proper staff scheduling
• Order cleaning supplies, linen, uniforms, etc.
• Foster a work environment that motivates employees to perform at their best
• Promote a positive and appreciative work culture, ensuring ergonomic work practices
• Lead a diverse team of skilled Housekeepers through trust and knowledge sharing
• Ensure all rooms, the breakfast area, and common spaces are clean and guest-ready
• Lead by example by participating in daily housekeeping tasks
• Participate in meetings with other Housekeeping Managers across the group

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager
• Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy
• Passionate about service and helping others
• Proactive and efficient with strong attention to detail
• A team player with strong organizational skills
• High energy with a fearless “do-it-yourself” attitude
• You preferably speak Danish or have a strong command of English
