Night Receptionist at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Airport

Would you like to be part of our amazing team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Airport? Our hotel is conveniently located near the airport and attracts both travelers choosing to stay with us and our many loyal guests, whom we love welcoming again and again. We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Night Receptionist who has hospitality in their blood and is passionate about meeting guests from near and far.

As a Night Receptionist with us, you will have a versatile role with a wide range of responsibilities. You must be skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining an overview during a busy night shift. The work you do at night helps ensure that your colleagues on the morning and evening shifts have a well-planned and structured workday. Your main task is to ensure that guests enjoy a safe and pleasant hotel experience, from check-in to check-out, always with a friendly smile.

WORKING HOURS AND SHIFTS
This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek, scheduled as follows: Monday from 21:00–07:00, and Tuesday to Thursday from 23:00–07:00. Work on public holidays and special occasions is also required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Checking guests in and out
• Managing room reservations and phone inquiries
• Assisting guests with all requests
• Performing administrative tasks
• Receiving deliveries for the breakfast buffet
• Setting up the breakfast buffet
• Conducting security rounds throughout the hotel
• Training new employees
• Other reception and ad hoc tasks

• Speak and write both Danish and English

• Are a night owl who thrives while working when most others are asleep
