Receptionists for dual-branded Marriott hotel at Copenhagen Nordhavn

Ready to shift gears? We're looking for more members to join our team of receptionists, as our newly opened Marriott hotel in Copenhagen Nordhavn has quickly become busy and therefore needs more hands! We are seeking receptionists, both part-time for day shifts and part-time or full-time for night shifts. The hotel is marketed under two brands, Fairfield by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott, but behind the scenes, it's one team managing the operations of both concepts.

Responsibilities

• Checking our guests in and out
• Answering phones and emails
• Routine tasks at the reception
• General servicing of the hotel's guests
• Ensuring clean and tidy surroundings
• Ad hoc tasks related to general receptionist work

Profile
We're looking for receptionists who speak and write English, and preferably Danish but this is not a requirement; receptionists who are motivated, smiling, and love to provide great service; receptionists who are loyal and responsible; and receptionists who can keep calm in busy periods.

*Experience with Opera is advantageous.

About the hotel and organization
The hotel is part of Nordø, a new island extension of the Århusgade district in Nordhavn. Here, 311 rooms have been opened, expected to be certified DGNB Gold and Green Key. The hotel is operated by the Danish hotel operator Core Hospitality, which also operates three Moxy hotels. Furthermore, the family is expected to grow with an additional Moxy hotel in the coming years. At Core Hospitality, we work together to tackle tasks. Our structure is flat, and our communication is informal and honest.

One side of the hotel is a Fairfield by Marriott hotel, offering a welcoming environment and a hassle-free experience at a great price. The brand's history originates from the Marriott family's Fairfield farm, a place built on traditions, family, and comfort – values that continue to inspire the brand today.

The other side of the hotel is opened as Residence Inn by Marriott, helping guests thrive on long stays. While you'll have the opportunity to work in both hotel reception areas, you'll primarily be associated with one of the two brands.
