Maintenance Crew to Moxy Bergen (seasonal)

Unlike any other brand in its tier, Moxy is all about creating cool, energetic communal spaces with a Crew to help guests have some fun. We are looking for a person to join our Maintenance Crew to join us for the summer (April/May to October) in a 100% position with an opportunity to extend to a permanent substitute (50%) position after the season.

Our Moxy Crew is small (but mighty), so we are looking to recruit people that can seriously do it all. We are looking for a person that dare be themselves, have a fearless do-it-yourself attitude, have a great and unique style, and are quick on their feet and know what is happening in Bergen. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs to brand standards
• Maintain current inventory of all supplies
• Maintain a work order assignment program for completed and pending work orders
• Weekly fire alarm test and sprinkler system test
• Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant health and safety legislation
• Liaising with Housekeeping to coordinate all maintenance activities
• Simple maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning ventilation systems, minor furniture repairs and other equipment, waste management etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
It is preferable that you have previous experience from maintenance-related jobs. If you have experience from a hotel, it is a plus, but it is not a requirement. We expect that you have previously worked in one of the following technical fields: painter, carpenters, joiner, electrician. You must have technical insight and experience.
